Systems are now operating normally.
We resolved an issue where two systems were competing for the domain controller role. The real controller is restored and verified healthy, and the duplicate has been removed to prevent further disruption.

We discovered an issue with a duplicate domain controller running, which caused the network to lose authentication. We’re bringing the real one back online and stabilizing everything as quickly as possible.

How to switch Access Servers
*Weekly Maintenance:
CHS Hosted will be unavailable every Monday from 12:00 AM to 6:00 AM EST due to scheduled maintenance. This window aligns with regular system tasks to reduce client disruption.
At 12:00 AM on Monday morning, if you are logged on to CHS Hosted you will be automatically logged off and will lose any unsaved work. During this maintenance window, if you try to log in you will receive the message: “Unable to connect to https://unifimdcloud.com Reason: Ericom Authentication Server error (code 19): Invalid credentials. Check your account name and password.” This does not mean your password has expired or your account is locked. It simply means that access is being denied to complete maintenance without interruption or data loss. Once the maintenance window concludes at 6:00 AM EST, you will be able to log in as usual.
